My Running Reset

 Without going into my decade+ of running in great detail, let me related the TL;DR version:

At the end of 2009 I was 235lbs, and tired of it. I started running as a different way to try and lose weight from my methods before. I also counted calories. I started this plan in early 2010, joined a running group, and targeted the Disneyland 1/2 Marathon as my target event, with the goal of getting healthy, running the half, and being done with it. Turns out I loved running, especially trails, and intervening years I've run 5k's all the way to a 72 mile Ultra, and multi-day Running events like the Dopey, and other challenges. In late 2019 I burned out, and have been struggling ever since. I decided I need to go back to square one and target a 10k, and try to reignite that passion for running I know I still have.
